Treatments, brows, and makeup for clients who make self-care part of their routine

We offer personalized facials, brow styling, and event makeup. For each service, we describe how long it takes, what’s involved, and what results you can realistically expect. We don’t promise medical results or replace advice from a dermatologist.

During your consultation, we’ll be honest about whether a service is right for you. If your skin needs a break, we’ll suggest a gentler option.

02 — Appointments

How to book your appointment

Book through our contact page or via the channels listed there. Your appointment is confirmed once you receive our confirmation message.

• — Arrive 10 minutes early with clean skin and no long-wear makeup.
• — Let us know upfront about any allergies, dermatological treatments, or sensitivities.
• — If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we’ll adjust your appointment or reschedule your visit.

03 — Payments

Clear prices, no hidden fees

You’ll pay the price shown on the Services page when you book. If you choose any add-ons at the studio, we’ll confirm their price with you before we begin.

Payment is due at the studio at the end of your visit. We don’t ask for advance payment for standard appointments.

04 — Cancellations

How to reschedule or cancel

You can reschedule or cancel for free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Just send us a message and we’ll find another time that works for you.

If you cancel on the day of your appointment twice in a row, we’ll ask you to confirm your next visit by phone. This helps us keep appointment slots available for all our clients.

Guidelines for your visit for treatments, brow services, or makeup

Enjoy a calm, sanitized space that’s all yours. Please keep your voice down and come without anyone accompanying you so we can work with care and precision.

If you’re unhappy with any detail, let us know while you’re here. We’ll adjust what we can during the same visit.
